I am wanting to start collecting watches. Is this smart?

I like watches and would like to start buying expensive ones to collect. Will I be able to sell these in the future or are old luxury watches not in demand? I guess I just want to know if they will be worth anything later on. (Rolex and other name brands)

For collectors like myself, there is always demand. It is a fascinating and very addicting hobby. Do not limit yourself. In addition to high end brands, there are some inexpensive, custom, and limited edition pieces available.

There are some excellent resources and watch forums available online.
