I love looking at all the different houses people look at first off. But second, does anyone notice how ridiculously picky and stuck up the people sound? For example everyone wants stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops. I mean those things might be what you like and that's fine...but these people won't buy a house that doesn't have it.
Most of the people on this show are just starting out and buying starter homes. My first home didn't have half of what we wanted, but as we advanced further in our careers and our family grew we were able to move up.
It's just absurd to me.
Not to mention I think when a house has all of those things it just looks so cookie-cutter. I like houses with character I guess.
What do you all think? (Sorry about my little rant!)

Yes, I watch the U.S. one more than International HH. I wonder how these people get so much money to buy a "holiday home" in another country and how they can live there if they dont speak another language.
I see what you mean about the requests especially from the young couples, they are so demanding, and must have granite counters and walk in closets, and what is this man-cave they always mention?
They must all be very spoiled. How do young couples get so much money for a down payment, or if not, how can they afford a $2000 mortgage payment?
Young couples should start off with a basic house and move up if they earn more money. They seem to feel entitled to all the luxuries without working a long time for them.
I completely agree that they are asking for the moon and their attitudes are very demanding.

Its time to get myself a xmas gift. I have been looking at watches for a couple months now. At first i was looking to spend anywhere from $400-$1000, as long as i got something that looked and felt of luxury. However, i visted a kay jewler and took a look at the bulova watch set. I liked the style of the watches and the prices were all under $600, with a much more expensive and exquisite look. My question is are they worth it? Would it be much different to spend 3-$400 more for a different brand?Im not necessarily looking for a diamond watch but i tried this one on and i really liked the look. It had some shine because of the diamonds and black interface but not too much(i think diamond bezels look tacky unless you have 5 + carats)
