Why do us women complain about equality when?
Q. It's amazing how someone can be so eloquent, yet make no sense absolutely. I am not anti-feminine, but maybe anti-feminist to a degree, a degree to where it has become unbalanced. It is not equal. Were you ever bullied in school; boys are physically bullied all the time by dominance? Us women constantly have the road paved for them for success, and in the area of help. Look at all the shelters for women, the privileges, rights, and benefits. You know how hard it is for men to get a grant for school? Probably not! But for women, grants are a dime a dozen. Did you ever have to sign selective service papers that force you into military service during time of wary, until you were the age of 28. Did you ever have to worry about a possible draft? Would you get denied a college grant, the common Pell Grant, if you didn't sign SS papers? Nope! If you join the military, do you get more time in the bathroom, yes; do you have to see combat..nope! But do you get the same pay and benefits as the men who do see combat mandatorily? Why, yes you do? Do people extend helping hands to women who are in trouble and need, even until old age in America? Why yes! Does the same thing exist for men? Nope! Do you have the option to sell your bodies for money, yeesss... Can a man do the same thing, or is he doomed to working with his mind or his hands, or doing something illegal like selling dope, or going to jail or ending up on the street? Do you have to go after your future dates, or future husband, or do you wait for him to risk getting possibly rejected, to have a relationship? So don't mention relationships to me either. Maybe men don't wanna be rejected; men don't have the luxury of never having to be rejected in front of everyone, if I wanna get with a woman.

The abortion thing is out of line; you should be responsible as a women when having sex. There is enough contraception, protection, and everything else, and abstinence as well. If you can't prove your were raped or something of that order, you should not be allowed to kill off a fetus that will eventually become a human being. This is not difficult. Men have to pay childsupport. That's difficult.

It saddens me to see the first two responses. I for one thank you for your honesty. just yesterday I watched Oprah for the first time ever. She was doing a show on women who served in Iraq and were in the midst of a divorce.
One woman was gone for 18 months while her husband stayed home and worked and cared for the children. She came home and eventually regained custody of her children because she had been serving her country. I ( being a disabled veteran ) was sickened to think of all the men who have gone to serve their country while their wives stayed home, had affairs, divorced their husbands, and took their children I can easily accept that life is what it is but to think that the shoe is now on the other foot, and these women were not drafted, and their is such public support for the plight of these women is just ridiculous. These women like many men, made their choices but do not want to live with the consequences and Oprah is there to make sure that they don't have to.
Women want to know where all the good men are and to that I say, they are hiding from the possibility of supporting and loving a woman who has their children and then takes the children, the house and child support while she goes on to enjoy all that he has given and will continue to contribute
I say a little honesty, Little decency, and a little respect going both ways, goes a long way, but it will never happen. I now look at getting married as no more than a way to gamble away my house and my security.
