There are following links to a couple of websites to try, and I suggest them both because none seems to carry what I would consider the full spectrum. Maybe it would be worth the drive up to LA for a better selection?

it has roman numerals...it has the day feature...it has a hexagonical style face...it is 50m water resistant..it also says "riviera" above the six...it has a metal band

It really depends on the style and the condition of the watch. It ranges from $1k to couple thousands depending on the embellishments (diamonds/ gold, etc).
I would take it to a local jeweler that deals with luxury watches to get a more accurate appraisal.
