Where can I lease a luxury watch like a Rolex?

I can't afford a $5,000 Rolex, but if I were to lease one, I would imagine that the payments would be pretty cheap, maybe less than $100 a month.

I have heard that people can lease watches similar to the way they lease cars. Has anybody ever done this and do you know of any companies that do it?

It would save some tax dollars and make jail less of an invitation.
No Cable tv, no hot showers ( save Energy)
Lights out a 7pm
2 meals a day ect.

Why are they watching tv? The people they killed can't watch tv. I understand in a minimal security prison some of those should be allowed because they didn't do crazy and heinous acts. But I feel those on death row or that hurt someone intentionally shouldn't get anything extra. The person they killed doesn't have the luxury of life...why should they get television or internet. Yes they should work to pay their way. They should run it like the jail in Maricopa county. They were pink shirts and pink underwear. They live in tents and grow their own food. If they don't participate they don't eat!! They get to watch the weather channel on some occasions just so they know what to wear to work!!
