Are you already in this business and you just want to try it online? or are you looking to start a new business? if so do you know this line and have the knowledge and right relationships in that industry?
You plan selling it as an affiliate or you plan buying stock?

You need a coder meaning to build the site and unload the products?
Do you have a plan about promoting the site, or that is part of what you need from the partner?
